Netherlands: a virtual Mastercard without a Dutch bank account
Dutch banks usually need a BSN and a Dutch address to open an account. A prepaid Netherlands card from Yellowdotpay only needs an email and crypto, and works for online payments where a Dutch-issued card is expected.
