You can use our cards for online shopping, subscriptions, and digital services at supported merchants. Before paying, check that the merchant accepts your card type. Acceptance depends on the merchant’s requirements, regional availability, and transaction checks, so we cannot guarantee approval for every payment.

We issue your card digitally after your payment is confirmed and any required checks are complete. Processing times may vary. Once your card is ready, you can view its details in your Yellowdotpay account. Contact our support team if you need help with a delayed card.

You can use our cards for supported purchases in currencies other than your card’s currency. When conversion is needed, the exchange rate and any applicable fees affect the amount deducted from your balance. We recommend checking your card’s currency and fees before paying.

Our cards support 3D Secure for eligible online payments and include an option to freeze your card. These features help you manage card use and reduce unauthorized transactions. Keep your login, card details, and verification codes private, and contact our support team promptly if you notice an unfamiliar charge.

Log in to your Yellowdotpay account, open Cards, select your card, and choose Show Details. Enter your card number, expiry date, CVV, and correct billing details at the merchant’s online checkout. Make sure your balance covers the purchase and any fees, then complete any requested verification. Our cards support online payments only.
